- Minimum Orders
- Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale / export orders are a minimum of US$ 6,000. For a few select countries, this value is higher and we inform the buyers at the time of placement of order.
- Payment Terms
- Shipments are processed on advance payment basis made through bank transfer. We do not accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc. for export orders. For regular buyers, we may work on 100% L/C at sight in favour of our local bank for a minimum order value of US$ 20,000.
- Wholesale Pricing
- To access wholesale pricing, sign up and register your company on the website. Fill up your company details with postal address, telephone number and website. Drop us an email with your company details for approval of account. We will activate your account within the next 48 hours after verification. Incase of any problem, feel free to contact us.
- Production Lead Time
- The production time depends upon the nature of goods and volume of order. We usually request for 6-9 weeks for perfume and cosmetic products. Handicrafts may need longer production time.
- Nature of Handmade Products
- All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. They are made under the guidance of competent specialists and multi-skilled artisans, and are subject to strict quality control checks.
- Changes to Order
- Once the order is confirmed and advance received, we do not accept any cancellation or changes in the order. You stand to lose the advance amount paid in such a scenario.
- Shipping
- Consignments can be sent by air or sea freight. Only samples are couriered by post. We charge for postage and packaging of samples dispatched.
- All prices quoted are ex-works Noida. The cost of packing, forwarding and freight is charged in addition, on actual basis. You can choose to nominate your shipping agent or work with our regular forwarders.
- Import Documents and Certification
- After dispatch of consignment, the final set of import documents is sent to you by email. In the case of air shipments, it is sent along with the consignment. To claim lower costs for customs duty, we provide a Certificate of Origin viz., Generalized System of Preferences / Certificate of Origin Form, duly certified by the Export Inspection Agency, Government of India.
- We can provide Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), lab reports, ingredient lists, and other certifications upon special request.
- Returns / Defects
- The wholesale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. In the case of damages in transit, kindly make the necessary claims to the shipping company BEFORE accepting the goods.
- Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
